Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days not including weekends or holidays for orders to be processed and fulfilled.

Expedited shipping is available make sure to check out with the correct option. 

Due to worldwide issues items may be but not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping not including weekends or holidays. Thank you so much for your patience and support babe! 

NOTE: Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent out after each order has been placed. 

Damaged/Lost Packages

We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out Ambeautyco is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at Info.ambeautyco@gmail.com if we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file. 

NOTE: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you failed to receive it you will have to contact the United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands. Number to call: 1(800)275-8777.
